Small Group/Semi Private Lessons that teach you the essential movement patterns to mobilize, stabalize, strenghten, and restore. Enhanced posture and a strong core are simply the result. TRIOGO is a custom blend of Pilates, Yoga, Tai-Chi and AFS. This is is ALL YOU NEED to trim and tone, prepare for a race or event, or simply to get in the best shape of your life. This is the most efficient and effective training out there right now, created by Donna Ognibene.
2 morning classes are offered each week (a commitment of 2 classes per week is recommended to get results and begin to move more optimally and efficiently). The program lasts for 6 weeks and the fee is $295 for all 12 classes.

First, we set up a one on one consultation to review your assessment, goals and further personalize the program for your needs.Our small group classes train your body to perform integrated movements instead of old-school,rudimentary, exercises. These movements are the essentials for optimal movement and injury prevention.
In addition to studio training, you can opt to purchase and utilize Kinexit™ an online platform designed for you to be able to train at home with a personalized program based on your assessment results
