We invite you to celebrate your health and sign up for TRIOGO™ Training with Donna Ognibene. Small group classes which focus on the essential movement patterns, mobility, stability, flexibility, postural muscles, core as well as breath work and meditation. This is is ALL YOU NEED to trim and tone, prepare for a race or event, or simply to get in the best shape of your life – all in one class! This is the most efficient and effective training out there right now.
2 morning classes and 1 evening class are offered each week (a commitment of 2 classes per week is recommended to get results and begin to move more optimally and efficiently). The program lasts for 6 weeks and the fee is $295 for all 12 classes. You can choose to add unlimited group classes for an additional $50.
THIS PACKAGE CONSISTS OF:

- Kinexit™ – The only App that individualizes workouts and consists of 3-Dimensional functional movement!
Using the technology of Kinexit™, we will perform 3 tests to provide you with an assessment of your mobility, power, speed and endurance.
We also provide small group classes that train your body to perform integrated movements instead of old-school, rudimentary, exercises. These movements are the essentials for optimal movement and injury prevention.
In addition to studio training, we will utilize Kinexit™ an app designed for you to be able to train at home with a personalizedprogram based on your assessment results.
Next, we set up a one on one consultation to review your assessment, goals and further personalize the program for your needs.
