November is the perfect time to Cleanse, create better habits and make better choices with regard to eating, sleeping, and quality movement. Not all energy is created equal and we must nourish from the inside out. To better maintain and sustain your energy, join us for two weeks of a food based Cleanse. Two weeks of clean and healthy eating and increasing your knowledge regarding health, nutrition, mindfulness and so much more. We provide all the resources: A guide book with recipes, shopping lists, and the overall organization of the 2 weeks. Also provided is daily email support to begin each day with information, suggestions, and movement options. Our group as a source of support to optimize and enhance the entire experience. We will schedule a few group meetings to talk, enjoy some movement and meditation and share recipes and tips.
